If meaningful pipeline momentum is not established within the agreed optimization period, MetaGrowth will continue strategic optimization and refinement efforts designed to improve performance and campaign effectiveness.
Because successful revenue generation depends on many external variables outside MetaGrowth's control, we do not guarantee:

Flexible Engagement Commitment

We believe strong partnerships are built around performance, transparency, communication, and operational execution — not restrictive long-term lock-ins. Clients may discontinue services at any time with written notice.

However, please note:
  • All onboarding, deployment, infrastructure, and monthly management fees are non-refundable
  • Previously completed work, deployed systems, infrastructure setup, strategy development, workflows, and operational implementation remain billable and earned upon delivery
  • MetaGrowth retains ownership of proprietary workflows, systems, automations, templates, operational infrastructure, and platform architecture unless otherwise agreed in writing
Upon cancellation, the following may be suspended or terminated at the conclusion of the active billing period:
